Never cook risotto with a cab sauv, even if it's the only wine you have on hand. Especially corn risotto - it looked like moldy grape jam. Tasted fine, but really unappetizing!!

Adan and I will be headed back to NY soon, with a nice little three day stopover in London on the company dime! Does anyone want anything from Hong Kong or London? I'm taking requests :)
